Steam chicken wing with dried longan & red dates

6 chicken wings, wing tips discarded and chopped into bite-sized pieces.
4 dried shitake mushrooms/dired fungus, soaked and shredded.

3 thick(1/2cm) slices of halia
10pcs of dried longan
2 red dates, halved

Seasoning (A)
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
3-4 tbsp water

Sauce (B)·
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp light soy sauce
/2 tsp sesame oil
3/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup of chicken stock

Rinse herbs thoroughly. Mix herbs with seasoning (A) and steam in microwave at high setting (dlm mangkuk cover with piring for 2 minutes. Combine chicken, mushrooms and prepared herbal mixture together. Add in sauce (B) to mix.
Place ingredients in a heat-proof dish(coning/pirex) and steam in microwave for 5-10 minutes until properly cooked.
